What you will do

  • Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and co-create AI adoption roadmaps.
  • Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral’s models into customer infrastructure.
  • Execute pilot projects and proofs-of-value to demonstrate AI technology potential.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to customers, monitoring KPIs and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and scale go-to-market efforts.
  • Travel 30-60% to support on-site deployments and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work on-site in Munich, Germany.
  • 2+ years in client-facing strategic roles such as management consulting or technical sales.
  • Degree in relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
  • Foundational AI/ML/Data Science knowledge with hands-on prototyping experience (Python, JavaScript).
  • Comfortable leading through influence in collaborative environments.

  • Experience with sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
