What you will do

• Steer a portfolio of concurrent engagements and large-scale complex programs for partner companies.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to client leadership, maintaining enduring C-suite relationships.
• Drive follow-on business, shape narratives, and co-lead proposals and negotiations.
• Design and improve methodologies for systematic problem-solving and thought leadership.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and develop internal delivery standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering an apprenticeship culture.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (>10 years) in strategy or management consulting, or as a project lead for complex AI engagements.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale projects and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong business development mindset with executive presence.
• Outstanding academic record in a business or tech-related subject.
• Ability to translate complex AI topics into business impact for diverse audiences.
