What you will do

• Oversee inventory, distribution, and retrieval of company laptops and assets
• Administer and maintain SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and 1Password
• Develop cross-platform mobile device management capabilities using Kandji and Intune
• Support identity management and single sign-on systems
• Maintain office infrastructure including networking and security systems
• Provide frontline IT support to a rapidly growing team

Requirements

• Must be located in or near San Francisco, CA
• 5+ years experience in IT operations at fast-growing startups or tech companies
• Experience with SaaS administration, identity management, and mobile device management
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security systems
• Familiarity with audiovisual systems
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)
