Senior Software Engineer (Generative AI)

Salary: $252,000–$315,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and develop large new areas of an enterprise-grade Generative AI platform.
• Build across backend and frontend systems while integrating LLMs and ML models.
• Deliver high-velocity, high-quality experiments for enterprise customers.
• Drive work across the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization through production.
• Design solutions for scalability and reliability in large-scale distributed systems.
• Learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple engineering priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience after graduation.
• Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups.
• Experience working with or productizing LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with major cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
