What you will do

• Lead design and execution of test strategies for mission-critical web applications.
• Own the full testing lifecycle from planning to release validation.

• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to support this mission-critical program.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience with 5 years in web application and software system testing.
• Proven leadership in testing efforts and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Agile environments and issue tracking tools like JIRA, Trac, or Redmine.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
