What you will do

• Establish and execute a unified QA strategy focused on automation and scalable test frameworks.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 15 QA professionals, including full-time employees and contractors.
• Standardize QA processes, quality gates, and metrics across all product teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to enhance test design, defect detection, and engineering productivity.
• Track key quality indicators such as automation coverage, reliability, and defect escape trends.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams supporting both SaaS and desktop solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in functional, regression, API, and UI automation.
• Practical experience integrating test practices into CI/CD processes.
• Deep understanding of SDLC agile delivery models and release management.
• Must be based in the United States to fulfill the requirements of this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted QA practices.
• Experience managing quality for multi-tenant public cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of modern security principles applied to QA.
• Experience with Git or similar source code repositories.
