What you will do

• Build ML/LLM-driven features for claim guidance including medical document information extraction and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify ML opportunities and design model training and evaluation strategies
• Implement new features to improve model performance and business logic
• Write and review production-quality code and pull requests daily
• Translate client business problems into ML problems and build scalable models for time series forecasting and NLP
• Continuously grow and learn in data and ML focusing on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience as ML Engineer or Data Scientist in scalable production environments
• Proficiency with data science and ML tech stacks including sklearn, Keras/PyTorch, Python, Pandas, and Jupyter
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Team player with solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Dagster, BigQuery, Vertex AI, GCP, Terraform, Spark, Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and maintaining model-serving pipelines in production
• Expertise in clean, efficient code with unit tests and functional design patterns
• Advanced statistical modeling and probabilistic programming
• Collaborative and open to feedback work style
