What you will do

• Lead development of new ad features and formats from concept to execution.
• Implement and test new ad experiences on hirify.global.com as an innovation lab.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs serving ad content and performance metrics.
• Develop client-side Javascript SDK for seamless partner integrations.
• Set standards for code quality, performance, and reliability across web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams and provide mentorship.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Austin, Boston, or Miami, United States.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with complex user-facing web applications.
• Expertise in modern backend languages (Python, Node.js, Go) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).
• Deep proficiency in Javascript/TypeScript and strong web ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience designing and building robust APIs.
• Product-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
