What you will do

• Turn early-stage ideas and fuzzy client inputs into clickable concepts rapidly.
• Lead or co-lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints.
• Conduct user testing and research to validate ideas and learn quickly.
• Own design work end-to-end, collaborating closely with developers and PMs to ensure buildable solutions.
• Contribute to expanding knowledge base with proven methods and scalable frameworks.
• Support pre-sales efforts by crafting UX-focused proposals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Poland
• 3+ years experience in UX or Product Design with a portfolio.
• Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design.
• Confident in using Figma and facilitating communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (written and spoken) required

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or pre-sales.
• Customer/service design mindset and experience.
• Experience conducting online/offline workshops.
• Animation and motion design skills.
