Salary: PLN 15,400 - 23,100 gross per month

What you will do

• Conduct user research to create personas, user journeys, and detailed product requirements.
• Define information architecture, interaction flows, and create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and WCAG accessibility.
• Maintain design systems, reusable components, and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure smooth developer handoff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aviation software design or similarly complex technological products.
• Proven expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations).
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and design-technology constraints.
• Ability to define UX strategy and align design decisions with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Design Engineering, Software Engineering, HCI, or equivalent experience.
