What you will do

• Design polished mobile app and responsive web interfaces based on lead designer direction.
• Build and maintain scalable UI screens using Figma Auto Layout and variables.
• Apply and evolve the design system across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
• Support micro-interactions and motion design using Lottie.
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve design efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product or UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and aesthetic skills.
• Solid knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, variables).
• Understanding of design systems, components, and tokens.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to take mentorship and work within defined product guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer handoff and technical constraints.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Understanding of UX writing principles.
• Experience in fast-paced product environments.
