What you will do
- Focus on outbound prospecting small businesses across the U.S. (130 cold calls) with leads provided.
- Book demos for Senior Account Executives and ramp up to 3 demos/day over time.
- Engage in 1:1 coaching with your manager to improve through call reviews and role-playing.
- Confirm attendance of booked prospects for their scheduled demos.
- Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling.
- Update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.
Requirements
- Previous cold calling experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
- Ability to self-motivate and succeed in a fast-paced role.
- Willingness to ask for help and openness to being coached.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
