What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of excellence within the Data Engineering/BI team.
• Architect and oversee scalable, reliable data pipelines and analytics platforms using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into data initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Champion best practices in data management, governance, security, and automation leveraging cloud technologies.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions integrating technical innovation with business value.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee project delivery prioritizing business impact.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with at least 4 days in office per week in London
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• Proven senior data leadership experience with expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
