What you will do

• Own the software engineering curriculum roadmap, conducting industry research and iterating strategy.
• Manage the content development lifecycle and deadlines.
• Source and recruit top-tier instructors who are subject matter experts.
• Design, review, and create content covering software engineering topics, ensuring technical accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to enable content creation for more advanced technical topics.
• Continuously assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities and develop AI workflows to optimize content creation and enhance quality.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, understanding modern web standards and accessibility.
• Hands-on experience with JS/TS backend frameworks such as Express or Next.js and familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.
• Experience with modern JS tooling (npm, yarn), automated testing (Jest), and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, with proven experience designing, structuring, and teaching technical courses.
• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
