What you will do

• Design, sculpt, and texture high-quality hair assets using industry-standard tools.
• Work on hair grooming, styling, and simulations for realistic and stylized characters.
• Collaborate with character artists and animators to integrate hair assets into production pipelines.
• Optimize hair assets for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine and Unity.
• Implement physics-based hair movement ensuring natural behavior.
• Research new techniques and troubleshoot hair rendering challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in hair modeling, grooming, and texturing.
• Proficiency with Maya, Blender, ZBrush, XGen, Photoshop CC, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
• Strong knowledge of real-time and pre-rendered hair workflows and physics-based simulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Location: Based in or able to work remotely from India (Gurugram preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in AAA game development.
