Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 GBP per year (London), €7,127 - €7,577 EUR per month (Vilnius)

What you will do

• Lead complex design projects creating scalable frameworks and systems supporting growth and innovation
• Translate ambiguous product and data challenges into clear, user-centred experiences
• Design features, end-to-end flows, and experiments aligned with user needs and business goals
• Produce prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups using Figma and other tools
• Develop and evolve interaction models, motion principles, and visual systems
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers
• Mentor and support other designers, raising craft standards and design excellence
• Advocate for ethical, accessible, and inclusive design practices
• Integrate AI tools into daily design work

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications
• Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion and micro-interaction expertise
• Experience creating scalable frameworks and contributing to design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie)
• Experience with motion and animation tools (e.g., Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
• Experience in AI/LLM-powered design exploration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Deeply collaborative with mentoring experience

Nice to have

• Experience designing gamified or behaviour-change-driven experiences
• Experience working in health tech or regulated industries
