Salary: €56,700–€63,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product Marketing teams to design and deliver compelling demos that showcase hirify.global’s value.
• Build and maintain demo environments reflecting current and future workflows across industries.
• Develop and document a strategic demo repository ensuring reliability and reusability.
• Create engaging self-guided demo experiences and supporting assets for consistent storytelling.
• Collaborate with Demo Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve demo tooling and automation.
• Explore emerging technologies such as AI and automation to enhance demo capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin with hybrid office schedule
• 2+ years in a technical role or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in APIs, SaaS integrations, and emerging AI tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
