Location: Hybrid, Fidelity office in Boston, MA, USA

Salary: $130,000–264,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Establish business direction and develop strategies with leadership teams
  • Develop and manage domain-wide strategic alignment and multi-year planning
  • Design and coordinate executive management meetings and routines
  • Support oversight and program management of ad hoc initiatives and cross-business unit projects
  • Continuously scan marketplace and competitive landscape to launch new business initiatives
  • Lead select strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Must have 12+ years of general management and strategy experience in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for executive-level presentations
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience partnering across multiple business units to create alignment and drive execution
  • Must be able to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in Boston office
  • No visa sponsorship available for this role
