• Monitor and manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
• Track and analyze customer reviews on various platforms.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
• Implement strategies to improve and maintain positive online reviews and ratings.
• Perform daily IT tasks to ensure the smooth operation of digital platforms.

Requirements

• Previous proven experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with various review sites and online monitoring tools.
