What you will do

  • Oversee restoration workstreams during live incident response cases ensuring security and capability maintenance.
  • Lead and manage relationships with restoration partners to achieve positive resolutions.
  • Develop plans, policies, and training to strengthen restoration processes within incident response.
  • Share and grow cyber expertise internally through initiatives and programs.
  • Provide on-site restoration support at client data centers or offices when required.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation for client incident coverage.

Requirements

  • Must have permission to work in the UK by employment start.
  • Experience with on-premise, virtualized (ESXi/Hypervisor), and cloud-hosted (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and AzureAD integrations.
  • Understanding of backup solutions, data restoration, and system preparation for production.
  • Knowledge of network appliance integration, configuration, and security tooling.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as MCSA, vCentre/vSphere, or network administration qualifications.
