Growth Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: €2,700–€5,000 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and player needs to guide growth decisions.
• Design and execute data-driven strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Track and optimize key performance metrics to validate initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to launch growth campaigns.
• Use market research and user analytics to refine products and improve conversion rates.
• Prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing or as a Growth Manager, preferably in a startup or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to optimize growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work against changing deadlines.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian required.
