Junior Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. The Vilnius office follows a hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Workspaces are also available in Klaipėda and Riga; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the specific position.

Salary: €2,000–€2,900 gross per month.

What you will do

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute personalized and triggered email campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Improve email deliverability and deployment practices.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on seasonality, customer segments, and competitor behavior.
• Conduct A/B tests and use analytics to drive improvements.
• Maintain database health through regular list hygiene practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Understanding of email design, build, and deliverability principles.
• Experience with campaign automation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with the Klaviyo platform.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
