What you will do

• Own day-to-day client interactions and check-ins at 30/60/90 days.
• Monitor satisfaction and escalate risks to the Head of SMB.
• Track key updates and maintain internal records.
• Support internal coordination with Delivery and other teams.
• Contribute to client retention and referrals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Software Development roles.
• Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
• Availability to travel 20% of the time.
• Native English speaker.
