What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
- Own the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio.
- Identify accounts with growth potential and develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Design and improve playbooks for SMB account management.
- Build a deep understanding of client organizations and technology roadmaps.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery.
- 7+ years of experience in the tech/outsourcing sector.
- Experience managing a team.
- Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
