TL;DR

Country Manager Italy: Shape market entry, develop local growth strategy, build team and structures for digital parking management platform with an accent on P&L ownership, strategic sales, and tender processes. Focus on driving revenue growth, navigating public procurement, and ensuring customer retention in municipal, healthcare, retail sectors.

Location: 100% remote within Italy. Willingness to travel approx. 50% within Italy.

What you will do

  • Assume full P&L responsibility for Italy, steering revenue, profitability, and KPIs through data-driven decisions.
  • Build and scale the local team across functions, establishing structures and interfaces with Munich HQ.
  • Develop market expansion strategy, prioritizing sustainable growth aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive strategic sales in municipal, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and transport sectors, managing complex cycles.
  • Optimize tender and public procurement processes for legal compliance and sales efficiency.
  • Manage customer relationships, escalations, and retention to build long-term market trust.

Requirements

  • Native Italian and business-fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Several years in Italian B2B environment, driving growth, developing teams, scaling business units in senior leadership.
  • Experience with tenders, public procurement, and regulatory specifics of Italian market.
  • Industry insight in mobility, smart city, SaaS, or real estate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, diplomatic skills bridging local and international contexts.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of German.
