TL;DR

Senior DevSecOps Engineer: Design and implement secure, scalable DevOps platforms and collaborate with architects and cybersecurity experts to enable efficient software delivery. Focus on automating SDLC processes, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD in a hybrid work environment across multiple German cities.

Location: Hybrid in Essen, Berlin, Munich, Hannover, Hamburg, Germany

What you will do

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps platforms using Artifactory, GitLab, and SonarQube.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, cybersecurity experts, and engineering teams to develop DevOps-enabled solutions.
  • Advise project teams on DevOps methodologies supporting Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD.
  • Support agile project tasks and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and international information security regulations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Germany (Essen, Berlin, Munich, Hannover, Hamburg)
  • Several years of experience in DevOps process design and implementation in agile projects.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenTofu/Terraform, and ArgoCD.
  • Proficient in DevOps tools such as GitLab, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
  • Software development experience in Java, Python, or Go.
  • Fluent in English and German
