Salary: EUR 4,850 – 7,200 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and automation using Helm and Kustomize.
• Configure networking components, Ingress controllers, and secure service communication via mTLS and PKI.
• Develop secure CI/CD pipelines integrating security scanning and image signing.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
• Automate operational processes using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and ensure SLO compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes operations, networking, and traffic management.
• Strong experience with Ingress solutions such as NGINX, Traefik, or Istio.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane).
• English: Intermediate level (B1) or above.
• German: Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confidential Computing, secure enclaves, and attestation.
• Practical knowledge of self-healing mechanisms and automated rollback logic.
• Background in highly regulated or public sector cloud projects.
