What you will do

• Design and enforce enterprise application architecture blueprints aligning ERP, CRM, SaaS, and legacy systems with business capabilities.
• Lead modernization, cloud migration, and integration of enterprise applications across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment.
• Develop architecture standards, best practices, and reference architectures ensuring security and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness while mitigating risks.
• Document architectures, capability mappings, and integration strategies guiding implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mettawa, IL, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture or related roles.
• Proven experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integration technologies (APIs, microservices).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain in enterprise contexts.
