Salary: $129,500 - $219,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing cybersecurity operations team across multiple domains.
• Define and execute strategic roadmap for SOC, threat detection, incident response, and offensive security.
• Oversee 24/7 SOC monitoring, detection, and response operations with continuous improvement.
• Manage enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation programs.
• Lead cyber incident response program and coordinate cross-functional response efforts.
• Oversee penetration testing, red/purple team exercises, and adversary emulation activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mettawa, IL, United States
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT/OT environments highly desirable.

• CISSP, CISM, GIAC, OSCP, or CEH certifications.
