What you will do

• Manage and nurture your own customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise
• Work closely with customers to refine their online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues
• Take full ownership of growing and managing your target market and develop vertical expertise
• Maintain excellent knowledge of hirify.global tools and Facebook advertising to solve customer problems
• Build and develop strong relationships with customers and Facebook
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a quick feedback loop

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or agencies, preferably in online marketing
• Excellent communication skills for consultative advice and explaining complex concepts
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English required
• Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
