What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and optimize network systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Configure and manage network devices including routers and switches.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure performance and rapid issue resolution.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues related to TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
• Proficiency in configuring network devices and knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.
• Must be clearable up to an active Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with the US Coast Guard.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Experience managing enterprise networks.
