AI Product Owner (AI): Define and drive AI product strategy and roadmap, translating business challenges into actionable AI use cases with an accent on business value and organizational transformation. Focus on change management, AI adoption, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid in Denmark (Nordborg, Copenhagen, Silkeborg, Kolding)

What you will do

Define and drive AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases and prioritize initiatives by value and feasibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to validate solutions.
Develop and execute change management strategies to foster AI adoption and culture.
Engage stakeholders through training, workshops, and communication programs.
Monitor adoption metrics, address resistance, and iterate on product features and change initiatives.

Requirements

Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML or data-driven products.
Experience in change management, organizational transformation, or technology adoption programs.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Experience with product management and DevOps tools.

Nice to have

Background in industrial or B2B environments, especially engineering or manufacturing.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act) and ethical AI principles.
