What you will do

• Own high-quality solutions from design to production, including testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Proactively tackle ambiguous problems and reduce their complexity into actionable solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet the latest security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Drive architectural improvements to scale the platform and support new product capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively in a globally distributed, diverse, and cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of practical backend development work experience with Python.
• Experience architecting, building, and deploying scalable web services in production on AWS.
• Ability to write maintainable, extensible, and well-tested code.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and design patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python web server frameworks, such as FastAPI.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Experience in deploying infrastructure to different environments.
