TL;DR

Associate IT Helpdesk Engineer (System Engineering): Provide first-line IT support and troubleshooting for MacOS and Windows devices, supporting global employees with hardware, software, and network issues. What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, providing technical assistance to employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues on MacOS and Windows devices
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding including hardware provisioning and account setup
  • Assist with device enrollment and management using MDM platforms like Jamf and Microsoft Intune
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and provide AV support for video conferencing
  • Collaborate with global IT team members to resolve technical challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; recent graduates welcome
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows, and MacOS operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be located onsite in Bangalore, India

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Previous internship or part-time IT support experience
