What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, providing technical assistance to employees
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues on MacOS and Windows devices
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding including hardware provisioning and account setup
- Assist with device enrollment and management using MDM platforms like Jamf and Microsoft Intune
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and provide AV support for video conferencing
- Collaborate with global IT team members to resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; recent graduates welcome
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows, and MacOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be located onsite in Bangalore, India
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Previous internship or part-time IT support experience
