What you will do
- Implement and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to provide customers with the best features.
- Implement and contribute to best practices for cloud security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure solutions run in a compliant, secure, and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain maximum reliability, high availability, and uptime for managed hosting services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Contribute to increasing operational efficiency and controlling cloud costs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration.
- Proficiency with GitHub, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Istio, and Grafana observability solution.
- At least 3 years of experience in system engineering, including at least 2 years of working with Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrated Azure competencies including Azure Front Door, WAF, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, Azure Regions, Availability Zones, and DR.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure with an automation-first approach.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Significant additional work experience with Azure.
- Work experience as a software developer.
- Networking experience, including VPN configuration.
- DB administration experience, including Azure SQL configuration.
