What you will do

• Define and drive the payments product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals.
• Lead the implementation of Payment Orchestration capabilities to optimize transaction costs and acceptance rates.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, risk, finance, legal, and growth teams to deliver customizable checkout experiences.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, measuring impact continuously.
• Manage relationships with key payment providers such as Stripe and Checkout.com.
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Barcelona, Spain
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication required
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech and online payments, preferably with PSP or licensed institutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end product initiatives.

Nice to have

• Technical background or studies in engineering, business, or economics.
• Familiarity with PaaS, multi-sided platforms, or multi-entity products.
• Knowledge of modern product discovery frameworks.
