What you will do

• Drive development and enhancement of digital asset financial crime models and analytics.
• Lead and manage a team of digital asset and business intelligence professionals.
• Partner with technology, compliance, and business units to support surveillance programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on blockchain forensics and cryptocurrency investigations.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps.
• Present findings and trends to senior leaders and regulators.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work hybrid onsite.
• Prior experience in AML, fraud advisory, or financial crimes model development.
• Deep knowledge of digital asset ecosystem including cryptocurrencies and DeFi.
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• Chainalysis Academy or Elliptic LEARN certifications.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 or 9/10 registrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
