What you will do

• Design and implement complex web applications using established approaches and best practices.
• Improve engineering and quality standards and help team members adopt them.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with the DevOps team on complex infrastructure.
• Participate in the hiring process and conduct technical interviews.
• Coach and supervise middle and junior engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in various API architectural styles, including monolith, microservices, and serverless.
• Solid background in Node.js and experience building high-performance applications.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and infrastructure configuration using AWS.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
• Must be based in Poland.
