What you will do
- Review and respond to community interactions on various social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content and build reports on community growth and engagement.
- Assist developers by collating and reporting player feedback.
- Moderate discussions and maintain community guidelines.
- Propose improvements and new ways to grow the community.
- Update documentation related to community management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in community or social media management in gaming.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Passion for video games and social media platforms like Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook.
- Experience managing or moderating active gaming communities.
- Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French, Spanish, or German.
