Java Developer (f/m)

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with clients across different domains and industries.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns.
• Produce technical design deliverables that explain how solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Plan and organize your work, report progress, and contribute in an agile international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization.
• 1–3 years of commercial Java development experience after graduation.
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with data modelling, design and architectural patterns, and modern system development.
• Flexibility to work with different technological platforms and tools, with strong motivation to develop programming skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; the role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
