What you will do

• Design and develop backend services for a payments platform using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of transaction processing systems handling millions of daily operations.
• Implement integrations with payment service providers and internal systems.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the microservices environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize services in production to maintain high performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL and Kafka.
• Proven track record working with microservices architecture in high-traffic, high-load systems.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• English: C1 level required.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office (Hybrid).
