What you will do
- Lead ML research, experimentation, and development from concept to deployment
- Design and implement novel ML/AI approaches
- Architect ML pipelines and model evaluation frameworks
- Mentor junior ML engineers and establish ML best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with organizational goals
Requirements
- 5+ years in ML engineering with advanced development or research capabilities
- Advanced degree in AI/ML or related subjects
- Deep understanding of ML fundamentals and strong Python skills
- Experience with ML experiment tracking and reproducible research practices
- At least a year of leadership experience in technical ML initiatives
