TL;DR
PL/SQL Developer (Oracle): Developing and customizing large-scale database solutions for public health, social security, and telecommunications with an accent on complex PL/SQL processes, Oracle features, and multi-terabyte systems. Focus on requirements analysis, database design, batch processing, complex forms and reports, and reliable software delivery across the full development lifecycle.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model with access to offices. The role requires travel within Europe once every two months for approximately 2–3 days.

What you will do
- Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and document software solutions.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop complex database processes using PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Use Oracle 10g/11g features on a large-scale, multi-terabyte system.
- Develop complex forms and reports with Oracle Developer.
- Learn business processes and technologies while collaborating with a highly skilled team on public health, social security, and telecommunications solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong PL/SQL programming and batch coding skills, including bulk collections, dynamic SQL, and parallel processing.
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Forms.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, learn new technologies, and work effectively in a team.
- Fluent English is required.
- Ability to travel within Europe approximately once every two months for 2–3 days.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience with issue or project tracking and source control tools, preferably Jira and the Atlassian product stack.
