What you will do

Lead creative ideation and execution for DMM’s clients.
Manage the creative aesthetic and lead a team of designers and editors.
Create mood boards and design briefs for project proposals.
Attend pitch meetings and align with strategists.
Review pitch creative with the Creative Director.
Act as a client resource for design-related issues.

Requirements

2+ years of art direction experience within an agency environment.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Experience working on pitches and proposals.
Collaborative experience with project managers and creative teams.
Experience using Cinema 4D is a plus.
