What you will do

• Search, negotiate, and sign promising new talent and content in the Mexican music scene.
• Accompany artists through songwriting sessions, production, and video recordings.
• Strengthen relationships with producers, songwriters, engineers, and editors.
• Supervise content quality and relevance to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Present new artists and content to internal company stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with artist managers to align creative and marketing goals.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in A&R or similar music industry roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Deep understanding of the Mexican music landscape.
• Growth mindset with a passion for discovering new talent.
• Strong collaborative skills for project outcomes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, Sound Engineering, or Music Business.
