Location: Must be based in Nueva Anzures, Mexico (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial team to ensure timely execution of internal processes.
• Follow up on legal and contractual pending items with internal stakeholders.
• Onboard and manage vendors in internal systems in compliance with company requirements.
• Create and maintain client profiles for Brand Partnerships, Music Licensing, and digital platforms.
• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (active until at least December 2026).
• Studying Music Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Six months or more of experience in similar administrative roles or projects.
• Experience supporting commercial, legal, or operations teams in a corporate or media-related environment.
• Experience related to digital platforms, brand marketing, or music synchronization.
