Salary: 1600-2000 EUR gross

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via Zendesk.
- Analyze system behavior and customer data to diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational incidents.
- Provide updates to customers throughout the case lifecycle.
- Track incident types and trends using Excel or Power BI.
- Participate in onboarding support peers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer and technical support roles.
- Completed or pursuing a degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with Zendesk.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights/weekends.
