What you will do
- Monitor and troubleshoot client operations, including customer onboarding and transaction issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Act as the first line of defense for AML, FinCrime, and sanction risk compliance.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance departments and Client Success Managers.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reference letters and resetting platform access.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B client relationship or support.
- 2+ years of experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- English and Russian: good command required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
