Customer Success Specialist

Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site

Salary: 4,000 – 9,000 PLN net

What you will do

• Know the product and its functionalities
• Direct contact with hirify.global customers
• Gather information regarding customer requests/issues
• Coordinate the processing and handling of requests
• Prepare documentation and reports of performed tasks
• Test implemented solutions

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Basic knowledge in IT
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good command of written and spoken Polish
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ticket support systems (JIRA, DevOps, SQL)
• Telecommunications knowledge
• Analytical skills
