What you will do
- Establish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels.
- Ensure alignment with Client Data, Client Services, and Group CTO standards.
- Evaluate initiatives for architectural compliance and functional coherence.
- Lead architecture governance forums and represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards.
- Drive adoption of shared capabilities like identity, access, API gateway, UX frameworks, and client analytics.
- Provide architectural oversight to regional teams and partner with business and technology leaders to define client experience vision.
Requirements
- Senior level with 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture in financial services
- Proven experience in multi-channel strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design.
- Understanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments.
- Excellent communication, strategic design, and governance leadership skills.
