What you will do

• Establish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels.
• Ensure alignment with Client Data, Client Services, and Group CTO standards.
• Evaluate initiatives for architectural compliance and functional coherence.
• Lead architecture governance forums and represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards.
• Drive adoption of shared capabilities like identity, access, API gateway, UX frameworks, and client analytics.
• Provide architectural oversight to regional teams and partner with business and technology leaders to define client experience vision.

Requirements

• Senior level with 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture in financial services
• Proven experience in multi-channel strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design.
• Understanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments.
• Excellent communication, strategic design, and governance leadership skills.
